TERMS & CONDITIONS – GYMBO.SK
1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing goods through the online store gymbo.sk.

The Buyer is any natural or legal person who places an order via the e-shop.
2. Orders and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

  • An order placed via our e-shop is binding.

  • After submitting the order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

  • The purchase agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

  • All prices are final and include VAT.

  • We accept payments by credit/debit card and bank transfer.

  • The invoice is included in the e-mail communication and serves as proof of purchase.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Goods are shipped via courier service (DPD, Packeta) within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery costs are displayed before the order is completed.

  • Personal collection is currently not available.

5. Complaints and Warranty

  • The warranty period is 24 months (unless stated otherwise).

  • Complaints must be reported by e-mail to info@gymbo.sk with photos attached.

  • Send the claimed goods to:

  • Complaints are handled without undue delay, no later than 30 days.

  • In the event of an accepted complaint, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund.

6. Withdrawal from the Agreement and Returns

  • The Buyer – consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (in accordance with Slovak Act No. 102/2014 Coll.).

Conditions for returning goods:

  • The goods must be undamaged, in their original condition, and unused.

  • Returns are possible after completing a return form (available upon request by e-mail).

  • Goods must be sent to the Seller’s address – return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

  • Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after the returned goods are received.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

  • Your data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.

  • Data is used exclusively for order processing and delivery.

  • Data is not shared with third parties, except for shipping companies.

  • You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your data.

  • More information is available in the “Privacy Policy” section.

8. Product Safety Notice
Our products are intended for recreational, non-competitive use for children under adult supervision.
They are not certified as toys under CE/UKCA and are not intended for professional use.
9. Final Provisions
These Terms & Conditions come into effect on the date of publication on the website.
The Seller reserves the right to change them without prior notice.
In the event of disputes, Slovak law applies.
